I spoke with the owner as I had an issue with ordering. He called me back personally and took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with my order and had an explanation for my issue. This was a rare instance of impeccable customer service when we are in a time where customer service is all but dead. This was the first time I had ever ordered paydirt from anywhere and was very nervous about spending as much money as I did. I had never spent that much money for anything other than my vehicle and my home. So for me, this was a huge deal. After speaking with Dave, I felt much better and could not wait to get my paydirt. It came in three days and I was amazed to find the amount of gold I found. I bought the 21 gram jug and added five grams of chunky nuggets. I ended up with more than the 26 grams of gold I was expecting which included a 12.9 gram nugget and two five gram nuggets. That was only the biggest ones. I had alot of nuggets and was completely shocked at the amount of gold I recieved. The disclaimer and guarantee are very real.
