Goldbay Wholesale Dealer Terms

1. Membership Overview

Goldbay Wholesale memberships provide members with exclusive dealer pricing, early access to limited-availability drops, and participation in group-buy opportunities. Memberships are available on an annual or monthly subscription basis.

Goldbay may update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Please review these terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

2.Subscription Billing

By purchasing a Goldbay Wholesale membership, you authorize recurring billing according to your selected plan:

  • Annual Plan: $99.99 per year (billed automatically every 12 months)

  • Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month (billed automatically every month)

All memberships renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Because members receive immediate access to dealer-only pricing and digital benefits, membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
  • You can cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting Goldbay Support.

4. Membership Benefits

Goldbay Wholesale reserves the right to modify or adjust available perks, pricing, and exclusive offers at any time. Benefit availability may vary depending on product inventory, shipping location, or seasonal promotions.

5. Dealer Conduct

Members agree to conduct business in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws and Goldbay’s reseller guidelines. Misuse of membership privileges (including resale of restricted products or abusive behavior toward staff or customers) may result in membership suspension or termination without refund.

6. Dropshipping & Fulfillment

Members using Goldbay’s dropship services authorize Goldbay to fulfill and ship orders directly to their customers on their behalf. Goldbay is not responsible for third-party delivery delays, carrier errors, or resale-tax compliance by the dealer.

7. Price Changes

Goldbay may adjust membership pricing with prior notice. Any change will take effect upon renewal, never mid-term.
