1. Products & Services

Goldbay sells:

  • Paydirt (unprocessed dirt that may contain gold)

  • Natural gold nuggets

  • New and refurbished jewelry

  • Gold-bearing cabs and slabs

All products are sold as described and include weight, dimensions, and other relevant details when applicable.

2. Assumption of Risk

  • Paydirt: The amount of gold in paydirt is not guaranteed unless stated otherwise in the product description. Results vary by purchaser and equipment used.

  • Gold Nuggets & Jewelry: We provide weight, size, and details for each item. Pictures may slightly differ from actual product color or appearance due to lighting or screen settings.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Payments must be made in full at checkout through our secure payment system.

  • Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout.

  • Goldbay is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Paydirt: All sales are final due to the nature of the product.

  • Gold Nuggets, Jewelry, Cabs, and Slabs: Returns accepted only if the item is significantly misrepresented. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Limited Liability

Goldbay is not liable for:

  • Losses due to mining or refining results

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our products or website

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Goldbay.com—images, text, logos, videos—is owned by Goldbay or used with permission. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the new Terms.
